          Kassy was planning her outfit for a forth of July party.  She was  really exited about attending, she would have a chance to meet some new friends, practically her whole school was also going. "Ring" "Ring" her phone rang, she picked it up and it was her good friend Nicole.
      "Hey Nikki what's up?" Kassy asked.
      "Ahh nothing much I just think it would be best for me to stay home instead of going to the party. Since I am new to this school I will be considered an outcast at the party, besides I have nothing to wear and nobody will want to talk to me." Nikki responded.
     "No you have to come, you will have a great chance to meet new people and maybe future friends, you have already been in this school for three months at least everyone has seen you already we will have a blast." Kassy exclaimed.       
    "Do you think so? Well maybe I will come but only if you help me decide what to wear, because I definitely do not want to look like a fool and you have great style" Nicole answered.
     "Lets see maybe you could wear that jean jacket you have with the American flag sowed to the top, under that you can  wear a red, white, or blue tank top. For your pants you could wear black leggings and then your red vans. I think you would look super cute in that outfit we could even twin!" Kassy explained.
      "Wow you really do have good style I would have never thought of an outfit so creative, I think that is a good idea and I will wear that outfit."  Nikki said.
       "Great! We do not want to be late so let's hang up and I will come and pick you up at 7:00." Kassy rushed to say.
       "Ok sounds good, see you later good bye." answered Nikki.
       Kassy started getting ready and coordinated her outfit with Nikki's outfit, they had the same jean jacket because they both were together at the mall. She wore a white tank top and blue leggings along with her jean jacket. Then she vigorously sprinkled some sparkles on his face she had spread them out on her eyes and cheeks, she was all ready. Kassy said goodbye to her mom just as Nikki pulled into her driveway she fussed out the door and hoped into the car.
      Nikki and Kassy talked about what they were going to do at the party, in minutes they pulled up on Sarah's driveway her house had streamers hanging from it and signs saying <Party in this house> the two friends walked in the door.
     They both started talking and just couldn't stop they were having a blast, everyone loved their outfits and admired them, they were the life of the party. 
      The magic hour of 9:00 was nearing and there was no fourth of July party without fire works so everyone gathered and the fireworks started blasting. "Red, White, Blue; Red, White, Blue."
     Kassy agreed with Nikki that the fireworks were the best they had ever seen, the fireworks were colorful and shimmering against the backdrop of a dark sky. The two friends had a wonderful night and made a lot of great new memories.
